Out of curiosity, why the four arms? I enjoy (and even prefer) multiplied anatomy, but an awful lot of anthro art, even of creatures with more than four limbs, gives them 2+2 (and maybe wings). And it appears feral Flygon has two each of front and hind legs and wings.
