Here, we have Solacer Alfyn ~ custom OC for the Dislyte setting. He's a 2* character (on par with many of the enemies in story mode) rather than one of the 3-5* characters like the playable folks ^^'

Normal Attack: Hearth Fire
Deals damage equal to an enemy equal to 50% of ATK while granting whichever ally has the least health a shield equal to 20% of Alfyn's Max HP for 2 turns
Passive Skill: Shelter
Whenever an allied esper receives a shield, they also gain Recovery for 1 turn.
