I was bored, and wanted to try doing a TF sequence.
It looks like somebody gifted Love Rocket a magical collar, and since it was giving off a magical aura, she tried it on to see what happens. Unfortunately it was cursed so that whoever puts it on is turned into an Anthropomorphic Wolf. The effects don't seem permanent though, all she needs to do to reverse it is take it off.
