I love it! You hit the old SNES sprite style right on the head and it's super charming. Reminds me of Super Mario Kart, and, of course, Bomberman, so you did fantastically! Though, it reminds me a LOT of a toy I swear I remember having at one point as a kid... Damn. I can't remember the name of it but it looks a lot like it.

As for the editor...it's a bit of a process, in short I used something called the Undertale Mod Tool which can mod Gamemaker games, and made the sprite sheets myself in Paint.NET (though any paint program can do).
I'd recommend asking the Power Bomberman discord for more help, it's also where I got the preview tool to make this .gif!
