... young mages these days?

This was a bit of a throwaway line in one of the earlier chapters of Sketch Upgrade, where Lyta noted that in amongst all the other outfits that Alicia had drawn from her, one was apparently some sort of 'magical girl outfit', with Alicia not wanting to go into details. And given that 'Lita' was the name given to Sailor Jupiter in the English dub, I was definitely thinking of a specific magical girl in question. And with the series running starting in 1995 or so, and the English adaptation running into the 2000s, it seemed like something that Alicia would quite possibly have grown up with.

Of course, the mental image of Lyta dressed in that outfit also came with an accompanying grumble from her about 'what are they teaching people about magic these days anyway?' Hence the rather unimpressed expression.
