A fashion commission for  Dumette

Since I wanted to show the tattoo markings and actually make them glow as much as I could in the dark, I went with a very simple black dress concept. Still while societally questionable you'd probably be fine walking around like that! I regret not making custom earrings but I was running low on time, A small regret but one that exists.

Next time I'd definitely opt for something more akin to streetwear when I am not worried about covering up tattoo's.
