I think the species is fine as is. It's just making the face look like a butt is kind of a "low hanging fruit" joke to me. Since Gamefreak insists on not doing Mega Evolutions anymore (and chasing one off ideas for some stupid reason) maybe a regional variant. Something with a bigger belly and a regional marking like what Arbok has. I considered Stunky for the witch idea since I like the gas humor characters. Though my original idea was actually a Kecleon with a habit for object eating.
Bibara and Angela are rivals in ideals. Bibara believes in protecting everyone. She runs a small school out of her home that teaches survival skills and always friendly vore practices. Angela believes in the natural order. Strong and resourceful can do as they please including keeping their meals for good. Angela even created a potion that somehow lets her permavore prey despite the forest's special protection. They come to blows often.
