* Background will be a bright sky, with colorful balloons and maybe some other minor chars.

* Any species/gender! Different body types are fine as long as it's not exaggerated.
* Slots A, B, and C (the main three) will be holding a RAINBOW FLAG, it can't be changed. Other slots can choose their flag of preference. (with the exception of TERF, MAP and flag designs that promote exclusion/bigotry)
* Slot F is feral only. All other slots are for anthro/furry characters.
* All anthro/furry characters must be dressed.
* Wings and big tails will be folded in a way it doesn't cover the chars behind it.

* I'll send two WIP: one for the sketch and one for the base colors.
* I'll change the WIP once. No extra changes so it won't delay the picture.
* Please reply to me within 48 hours. If you fail to, I'll consider I'm ok to go.
