Biography:
A bear with a heart as big as his belly... and that's really saying something considering the massive ball of fur and fat he's lugging. That being said, Mikey is, by all accounts, a big ol' ball of fun. He enjoys surfing, action movies, video games, long walks on the beach, and most of all, eating. As the Ultimate Competitive Eater, Mikey can REALLY put it all away, and has the belly to prove it. He can eat up to 900 lbs (400kg) of food a day and is not a picky eater either, as his strong stomach allows him to eat even moldy foods without suffering any ill effects. He especially has a MAJOR sweet tooth that's SO bad, he once cleaned out an entire donut shop, earning him the title "The Destroyer of Donuts".
Snacks are incredibly essential for this big bear, especially energy packed ones as you need a LOT of energy to carry all that weight and move it as much as he does. Because of this, Mikey always has energy bars and snack cakes on his person, for himself and to share with his buddies. He prefers cheap eats most often, but he'll never turn down a homecooked meal, especially one from his mother whose cooking he loves the most, especially her famous triple chocolate cake.
He's also a heavy sleeper, so don't bother trying to wake him up if he's out, as he can literally sleep through an earthquake. He's such a heavy sleeper, in fact, that he allows the neighborhood kids to bounce on his belly like a trampoline whenever he's catching Zs at the beach and it wouldn't even disturb him. Despite his apparent laziness and laidback nature, however, Mikey is incredibly active and a hard worker, working part-time as both a cargo pilot at his father's delivery service during the week and as a lifeguard/surfing instructor at the local beach during the weekend.
He just loves soaring through the open sky and riding the waves. He hopes to, one day, surf the skies like his childhood idol Kit Cloudkicker from "TaleSpin". He also takes safety very seriously when it comes to others (but in his own way), always having a mini first-aid kit tucked deep under his belly for emergencies and is very good at dealing with minor injuries. He also takes care of himself very well too, which is why he almost never gets sick and when he does, he's always prepared and is often back good as new in a couple days, if not less.
One thing he loves more than food and the waves are his friends and family. He'll take any reason to celebrate and get together with them, be it holidays or simple get-togethers. Overall, Mikey's the friendliest bear you'll ever meet. His cheerful ways, optimistic viewpoints, helpful nature, and big bro himbo energy makes him one of the most popular residents of Starlight City.
