Ive had this idea all the afternoon so I had to do it before it got away
Well then, after our shark friend was "recruited" by team plasma, they saw he had far more potential than a mere grunt, so they decided to make some good use of that and turned him into a hypno general, so that way he could command grunts and seek for more potential victims all over!
Probably I'll be playing more with this concept since I really wanna see more plasma grunts eheh
