Technitites are eusocial technicians, engineers and mechanics that work together as swarms. Workers are generally not the brightest, but when working alongside many others, the crowd has a combined intelligence high enough to practically fix anything. Drones are capable of flight, and use it to send messages and information from the Queen to Workers, and tend to be a bit smarter on their own than their flightless counterparts. Finally, Queens are (relatively) massive Technitites that command the swarm. Together, they're a treasured member of the United Systems' forces, and make up the vast majority of jobs that involve repairing and maintaining machinery.
