It's just gotten cool enough to do some hiking. So me an my galpal packed some water bottles, sandwiches and apples up the Sweetwater canyon trail, and had ourselves a picnic lunch, with a nice wiew of the entirety of Tucson. At first I was thinking, "But I got so much to Doooooo today!". But soon, I could feel myself relaxing - heck, I could hear myself think! Very definitely worth the trip. If you feel yourself being overwhelmed by bullshit, I reccomend getting out of town, if only for a couple hours. Gotta stop and catch your breath, occasionally, for sanity's sake.
