Since when is stating fact an insult?
They do have the intelligence capacity of a human 2-year-old. Just like parrots have about the capacity of a 5 year old.

Which is probably why they have such a high intellect. Well, high by our standards... in reality, humans are pretty dumb. After all, the average one only uses 10% of their brain.
At least they're willing to admit they're not the smartest creature on the planet. :P
