In the warped forests of Kitaag, a figure is known to wander. A tall, furred woman with three tails, heavy clawed arms, and two sets of glimmering eyes. A huge, flowing scarf floats behind her, as well as a static-filled form that clings close to her. This is Wisp, one of the surviving Cyvers; creatures created by the Corporations that attempted to colonize the planet of Kitaag.
The Chi line was created to harness the power of a specific Spirit Splinter known as the Arcane Flame. A fragment of a deceased creature, slain in the Vermillion... but this one holds much more power than the others. And it sought out a host, so that it and the host could become something better. But it turned out that its own power was hard to contain... Chi-14 is the only one to successfully harness the Arcane Flame without dying as a result.
After the Corporations left the planet, Wisp was left alone. So, she and the Flame continued living, becoming a spirit of the forests.
Her powers, beyond her floating fires, include levitation and a unique ability of being able to replace an item with its equivalent from an alternate timeline. This even includes wounds and bodyparts, as she can control how much is replaced. Wisp is powerful, but benevolent.
