We often look for new and interesting ways to improve treatments. With the surge of 'Cosplay' treatments, we're trying to see how accurate we can make those treatments, for example if a character has particular traits. Ms. Karen was curious about testing a treatment, and ended up testing a 'Zombie character' treatment that would have certain traits. We should maybe have warned her before hand about the 'modular' nature of the treatment.
