someone asked me if i could post a picture of the process of setting a truss, so i did. I used a straight cutter router bit to make the pocket for it. Originally i would have used straight edge to get a perfect line, but the guide bearing on my bit blew out, so i had to freehand it, which still came out halfway decent. all that needs to be done is to apply a small amount of epoxy, and put the fretboard and cover over it.
