first we go with Moguior.before Moguior was a human being, to be more exact a 16-year-old teenager, the direct son of one of the most powerful demons, Damian an interdimensional demon, therefore moguior had powers of black magic including a huge black aura but he in that time did not know about that family secret.
Although he didn't know, he couldn't use his powers because he was kind of turned off.
Mog was transformed around his 16th birthday, he was turned into a cyborg fox and why into a fox? Well warren is in the form of a fox and he is Damian's boss so I think he put him in that form for that... .......believe.
When he transformed, his demonic powers were activated, it goes without saying that he did not know how to control them, luckily William intervened before someone got hurt.

both foxes are immortal but not eternal, they only have their powers, strength, resistance, and some speed so they are not considered gods.

That is why, despite not being 100% gods, they can have a battle against other deities, they have already faced several in all these years.
To summarize, the twins are cyborg foxes with the powers, strength, and stamina of gods without being gods.
