Commentary for May 17, 2022:

This one is a much more ordinary page, I guess. There isn’t a great deal to say about it either, at least not without making the subtext text. Then again, that’s never stopped me before, so let’s go.

Breezie is not Doctor Eggman. ExoTech and Breezie Corp are not the Eggman Empire, and while it is awful what is being done here, the flagrant disregard for the lives and homes of hundreds of villagers, it isn’t illegal. Now the radical in me says, “To hell with what’s legal; do what’s right!” But the pragmatist says, “You’re no help to anyone behind bars or worse.” Antoine knows this. So do the others, really. So the question now is, how do you deal with a villain who has the law on their side without becoming an outlaw?

This is a question that we’ll be exploring again in future stories, too. We are not done here.
