Another smaller commission made for a squashie_the_bat 's friendo!

I've been watching a lot of time lapses and tutorials on youtube as of lately and really felt the need to try and apply every bit of an information I got from them in my drawings! First one being the brushwork! I don't really add a lot of texture to my drawings and it shows so I decided to play around with some brushes and hey! That's what I was able to pull off from that hehe

But also am trying to get my art somewhere to make it pop and be pleasant to look at! Sure it's going great, but why not make it even better? hehehe

Anyway, that was such a cute character to draw! Loved the colours and everything!
I hope I'll get more of those simpler characters to work with AA
