Almost 6 years ago, a tired cat who was incredibly tired with the retail life, decided to try his hand at college! Since high school, he said he was done with school and didn't want to look back. But years of working minimum wage at a job you hate can quickly change your perspective!

He had 0 culinary experience, and it showed. His nervousness and fear of messing up just made it worse! Inaccurate cuts, inappropriate protion control, and many hand injuries! He failed a number of his classes, one being the damn intro class! He found himself rendered to tears multiple times, feeling he made the wrong choice.

But he never did give up on himself. Even when things were at their worst, food getting burned, badly injuring himself, he still pushed through and did his best to put out something good! A trait his advisor and chef admired. It took a while, but he eventually found his stride and proved to his chef that he did make the right choice.

While there is still a lot to learn, the college portion of his journey ends today.
