Pinocchio (1940) Photomanip - Clothesless Lampwick
born2beagator made me take Lampwick's clothes off. He's such a naughty individual. Shame on him.

Replace the shot of his shadow changing to a direct view of him TF'ing of course! (And maybe spend more time showing it happening )
You know, until recently I viewed that transformation as a series of separate moments (ears/tail/face/bray/hooves...) I don't know why it took me so long to realize it was a sequence - a TF that started slowly and then accelerated. It became much more fun to watch it that way

its true theres like 3 pinoochio films coming out this year. I was talking about the disney one but I'm sure they will all have some surprises . the classic disney version though like was the first biggest influence on my tf fetish though. ive watched it so many times since then.
The Disney live action version is set to premiere on D+ in September! Here's its tease/trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vNVGZGlUok

How old were you when you first saw Lampwick's TF? I was reading a lonnnng thread under the scene on YouTube where so many people said the scene utterly traumatized them when they were little. Sounds like it might've had the opposite effect on you

If you're on FA buddy, you shouldn't need to ask the question to begin with!
Seriously though, a lot of people here find transformation really hot - that's why it's one of the options when posting to FA. Seeing a picture of Lampwick post-TF - and naked too! -is reminiscent of the entire scene from the movie, which was a lot of fur's 1st exposure to TF and sort of sent them on that path. (When you're a little kid - and I mean like 7 or under, those kind of vivid things stick with you, and as you grow up, they take on a different (ahem) "significance.")
Here's the TF cartoon I've no doubt did it to me:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_QK5CVcARY
Please don't tell me how primitive the (almost non-existent) animation is; like I said, when you're six or something the contents can become part of your developing brain, regardless of the animation quality. I think the fact it's it's happening to your physical body is part of the turn-on. (A lot of people enjoy werewolf movies specifically because of that reason.)
Wasn't expecting to write an essay here...anyway I like to say you don't pick your kinks - they pick you.

"Johnny Learns His Manners"? Older than Old School fer sher - Gives you an idea how grey a greymuzzle I am that they were running it when I was in my single digits.
This film made such an impression on me and I guess I identified with that kid so much I remembered its title as Joey Learns His Manners, not "Johnny"! The thing is, instead of being terrified/traumatized by Johnny's TF, like kids who reacted to Lampwick's, I was fascinated by this cartoon; it had to be the one that started me wondering what a tf feels like & next imagining myself Tf'ing & so on...wait a couple of decades and, voila! - Circe's Funhouse!

That was a fun little story. Thanks for sharing!
I looked a bit into the psychology behind why transformations appeal to most people, and it stems from a whole variety of reasons. It could be considered a fetish brought upon by the concept of punishment, or it could be a reference of the concept of change to promote escapism. It could also be a subtle form of nostalgia, brought upon by having experience losing a pet. It could merely be curiosity towards the unknown, wondering what a first-person perspective in another creature's body would entail. In cases like the Lampwick transformation and the one above, it was initially meant to shock-discipline kids, but as one matures, a sense of rebellion against one's prior fears take over, so to appreciate these lessons and the concept of transformation becomes more of a self-satisfying nod as how far one's come as a person.
Lots of reasons, all neatly wrapped into one simple and, honestly, often kid-friendly story-telling concept.

He kinda looks like he still has his human wits about him - "Hey Pinoke, do I like kind of different to you?"
Yeah, in the cartoon you never get a good clear look at him as a donk. If you look very closely you can see his pants fly off as he's breaking the furniture.

Wait, is born2beagator the naughty one or is Lampwick?
I don't care what would realistically happen or what did happen in the original story. In my mind Lampy gets a chance at redemption, stays a fun talking donkey and he and Pinoke get to stay friends. And they rescue the other boys and some don't mind being free, happy donkeys and they get to stay that way if they choose. As for the Coachman? I don't care if people say it's too happy or unrealistic. It makes me happy and I know the idea will make at least some other people happy so that's good enough for me.

I think that sounds like a good deal. Or maybe become a were donkey and get to let loose once a month or so.
I can't help but wonder if that's part of the appeal with pony characters. I.e, getting to be like the donkeys physically (even getting to be naked and it's okay) but still having the good parts of being human. Sure, that would mean including responsibilities, but I get that going full donkey like Lampwick might seem appealing at first but for most it'd be taking it way too far.

Oh yeah, this is SO many levels of awesome! I can't remember if seeing Lampwick turn into a donkey started my fascination for human to animal tfs, but it certainly sent it skyrocketing to new heights. I used to rewind and replay this scene over and over again as a kid, and all these years later I'm still floored by how amazingly animated and excellently paced the TF is. Finally having a decent picture of what clothesless donkey Lampwick looks like (it's very obscured in the original film) is really cool and I can't thank you or born2beagator enough for that. Well done!
