Little story here as to how irrate my Maya makes me. Upon moving from Canada to Poland, my IP address and network type changed. Maya 7 didn't like that and broke. Giving up fixing the IP problem a few months later, I upgraded to Maya 10. The upgrade came with a problem I hadn't expected, and broke my best two models' (Mewblade and Chaos Mewblade) textures and expression packs. Not amused, definitely wasn't happy, and was even more unamused with the sudden advent of button commands that seemed to torment me in ways I can't begin to describe. To say the least, while I enjoy the results of my 3D programs, I do not like the tribulations they always cause (example, a render setting that seemed impossible to fix that involved me screaming for 20 minutes like a chicken/cat hybrid at the computer). Figured that after my efforts I'd show what some of these lost expressions look like.
Mewblade and Chaos' expression packs include 22 individual heads, each. 8 of those are specifically eye related, and the rest are mouth related, all used in random combinations to make a variety of expressions. Rendered a few out to show, then for other reference, I did a rotation of both models (sort of like an excuse for those who ever draw Mewblade that this is where all the 20 blades go.) Really straightforward, and just happy to get this out of the way and back to the things I actually planned. I always liked Chaos' pack more, mostly since hers is so amusingly freaky. She's got the perfect "rape" face.
