To help with the legs, try moving the crotch and upper legs up. If you're trying to do digitigrade feet, you need to make the upper foot itself longer. If you're doing plantigrade feed, then make the lower legs longer.
As for the hand, the wrist/palm is too small. Take a look at your own hand and see where the split between the thumb and index finger starts, and compare it with where the split between the index and middle fingers starts.

I think you did good! You may have made him one head too short. I think many artists say 6-8 heads tall is on the mark
I also thought his shoulders needed more defining other than that he's pretty cute ^^
