Originally was just a pichu pic, but after several other ideas crossed my mind this one was the best ^-^
I had actually a few other pokes sketched for this, but I wanted a strict 'chu' theme since simple ideas work best :)
Speaking of simple. I just stuck with hats and capes because the chus don't need additional garments X3
