Bonkers was a cartoon sensation in 1993 until the cancellation and now Bonkers D Bobcat is living in a world of Obscurity and making appearance in convention with Snookum and Meat and from Nosedive from the mighty ducks cartoon just to make a living.

but when Toons starting show up with their body parts missing and another Bobcat Detective named Miranda (coincident) found a list of victims with Bonkers name on it! Miranda had keep the former Disney afternoon's star safe from a crazed toon Butcher while Bonkers make this horrific situation an opportunity for a comeback by stopping the butcher!
