This really touched me today. I had just gotten to the zoo and decided to check out the African wing first.
Well, walking along the bridge by the zebra, a kid runs up to me and hugs me.
Now, this rarely happens. Normally kids need their parents reassurance, but not this guy. My husband was quick and managed to get a pic of the hug before his mother pulled him off me and dragged him away. He really wanted a picture too, but this was not allowed.
People need to let kids be kids. It's not every day you see a walkin, talkin tiger.
