From October 27 to 28, Soviet diplomat Anatoly Dobrynin arrived in Washington, where he met with John F. Kennedy in the building of the "Ministry of Justice". He began to fear that he was about to get out of control, but after that Dobrynin asked about the missiles deployed in Turkey, then a disassembly and discussion began about resolving the crisis in order to end the nuclear war once and for all. And besides, the American "Jupiter" is outdated, despite the fact that they were on duty. But in the United States, too, they were dissatisfied, turned out to be military leaders, such as the Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, General Curtis LeMay, called the refusal to attack Cuba "the worst defeat in our history."

But the Morsvins were dissatisfied with these consequences and results. So one of the reconnaissance groups, as well as the spy group of the Marine Imperium, observed humanity, but they made a mistake with the results that the Nuclear War did not start. But the first to get caught was an American who lived briefly in the Soviet Union named Lee Harvey Oswald, and besides, he had previously committed other assassinations besides Kennedy, such as the attempted assassination of General Edwin Walker. Because of what he washed and replaced Oswald's memory that it was he who planned and carried out the assassination of Kennedy, he succeeded. Soon on November 24, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested and executed two days later. So the spy continued to live and wait for orders from the leadership of the Imperium.
