Character is Qaralan, original character by Smelucertalda
Done with krita 4.4.8
Qaralan is my new oc. His name come from turkish words: "kara" which means black and "yılan" which means snake. I created this character because I needed to have a big badass dragon character and also to have someone to go with Alderha.
Its head is t-rex based. I had some doubt about putting spines on his back, shoulders because it would be really not easy to wear armors :/

This dragon and Alderha are built to be together. I don't know if they will have their own universe with others dragons in, but they all should have Turkish inspired names because they all are a part of one greater thing. I like to create names from languages I am interrested in.
I will draw other arts of Qaralan in the future, his design could be changed but he sould stay powerful, majestic and in this scale of color.
