This is something I've been wanting done for a while now. JadeMerien on dA caught my interest and I commissioned them to do this sketch.

I dont release much info on Asta, but here is some back story to those that are curious.


Ever since her first sighting in 1682, Asta's power spikes every 75-76 years and she gains these markings on her for one to two weeks. The only other times these markings have been seen on her is under dire circumstances. When she has these markings, it is very hard to tell her mood due to the fact that her star gem and markings cycle through the normal colors seen on her gem constantly, as well as the green and golden of her eyes. No one knows how her markings do this.

During these times, people have said that there have been sightings of a wolf gliding through the skies, the blue(s), green, and golden trail flowing behind her resembling a shooting star. In 1759, she scared off a group of hostile settlers due to her size and markings. When they learned that their guns were not effective, they ran off when she charged at them, her eyes and markings glowing menacingly.

She's not seen as often in current times as she was in years past. Many believe she fled farther north to get away from man. Occasionally though, one might be lucky and see her.

Fun Fact! Asta is not from earth,she is from space, the Gem on her head is a type of stone/material that hasnt been discovered by man yet. Also, 40 Brownie points to anyone that can make certain connections... >_>
