The realism made me think it was a cropped photograph in the thumbnail. O.O It's an incredible picture, the fur texture looks so pettable, and I'm flailing around like an idiot over how anatomically correct and nearly flawless this is. Just an EXCELLENT piece, really jaw-dropping.

Very sorry to hear that the beautiful critter who inspired this is gone, though. My condolences to the commissioner. :(

Thank you for all the kind words - although, it's really no wonder I got decent at drawing bunnies since all I ever do is pet, stare at, and draw mine. My two are so damn cute I can't help but want to constantly paint them.
