Mine locks up at some of the WORST times.

Agree??? I've had 4 computers die on me for no reason (5 if you count a stupid evil dog that should die that pissed on it), an external hardrive that didn't last no longer then 3 months, and the flat screen monitor that cost me hundreds of dollars is real finiky like and can't have the back cable face certian angles or the whole screen gets blue-manned over. .....we're in the 20th century and all the technology we have costs too much and is crap! *cries* And worst thing is it all hates me and blows up! *which reminds me to take a picture of the microwave in the morning for FA submission.

My father spent most of his career trying to resolve the difficulties of human-computer interaction, and he often told me that the idea that computers are labour-saving devices is a TOTAL MYTH. In fact, computers INCREASE the amount of work and frustration that we have to confront, because they rarely function as they should, rarely do the jobs we set for them to our complete satisfaction, rarely perform as advertized.

So if you find computers frustrating, you have good solid reasons to!
