Was browsing around on my computer and found this, from October 3rd. People are really pushing me about more info for the Elfane, so I guess I should post this.

Water Elfane.
Related to the "Ajna" chakra. Symbolized by a two petal lotus, which can be included in their design, stylized in any way.
Blue is the primary color, used for their markings, and most importantly, tail tip. Any blue is acceptable as long as it's not easily confused as an "icy" blue. White is the secondary color, meaning it is common for the water Elfane to have white markings, or clothing. Not necessary.
Water Elfane are one of the wiser elements, and they represent intuition, advice, and wisdom.
An "ascended" Water Elfane gains a third eye. Water Elfane that have "ascended" are given the duty of soul collector, meaning they search the surrounding land for lost Elfane souls that need to be returned to their sacred lands. Their third eye allows them to "sense" the future. Not necessarily predict the future, but it allows them to make better choices based on how it "feels".

They have very short, sleek fur compared to other Elfane. Their skin secretes an oil that makes their fur waterproof. They must bathe regularly to keep dirt from messing with the oils. The fingers and toes are webbed, no exceptions! The wings are always feathered, no exceptions. Leg structure is digitigrade, with a dewclaw on each foot. Tail is long, thick with a tapered end and very strong, as well as prehensile. Appearance is reminiscent of an otter tail.

A weaker water Elfane can move existing water only, therefore they would need to be near a water source to be able to do anything. A moderately strong water Elfane can create water at will, not needing to be near a source of water. A very powerful water Elfane can pull all of the fluids from a creatures body, killing it. And whatever creative stuff you can come up with for your own character. :P

Training is very time consuming, and only a determined, dependable Elfane reaches the top. A character cant be bubbly, cute, naive and super strong. Not in their world. You have to work hard to be strong.

I'm tired of typing, so I hope I covered everything. I am now granting permission for people to make their own WATER Elfane only. NO OTHER elements are complete. And you must show the design to me for approval before it is posted anywhere. I am very attached to my species and if you enjoy them so much that you want to make your own, please respect my wishes to keep them in the guidelines. Thank you and enjoy!

Please do not make an Elfane if you are not familiar with the general guidelines among all Elfane(such as gender differences, overall body type, habitat, etc). I have not made that information public in it's entirety yet.

I made this character above purposefully androgynous. Can be male or female. Also, that is the worst drawn foot in the history of art. D: Hopefully that super adorable handpaw makes up for it.
