It's not an interest I happen to share with the buyer but I figured if I was doing it, I'd try and make it as 'logical' as I could manage. So long as we ignore the absence of vital organs.

That's understandable. But the way I see it is either that organs have been moved around either lower or higher in the body or the belly maw is magical and doesn't effect the organs in anyway
