Spiritual Stones 🐺
You may remember this if you know my works from over 10 years ago. It's an unfinished manga that I threw away in the middle of the story. 🙂
The hero is Takeru (the red maned Wolf warrior), the son of a wolf tribe hero.
The heroine is his childhood friend Oto Tachibana (Oto) (a hybrid of the Wolf🐺 and the Fox🦊 with white hair all over).
Takeru's junior Inayori (a golden maned wolf boy). Inayori is the son of the Wolf clan chief and a distant relative of Takeru.
This is the middle of the story I submitted in the past in DA, but I will submit it again in FurAffinity. There are some scenes of bloodshed, so I refrained from submitting it to a vain Instagram. But here is not exclusive and stifling "somewhere". The free and open FurAffinity has no problem. Of course I would add "Mature" to the blood-splattered page, just in case. 😄
The story was about a group of the Wolf samurai warriors with special powers who fight against their enemies.
The samurai wolf warriors were Takeru, Oto, Inayori and...
"Mikazuchi" whose armor was based on kendo bogu (protective gear) -I mistakenly wrote "Mikaboshi" at the time-,
"Yachihoko" who was powerful and gluttonous,
"Uzume" who was sociable and a bit playful,
and another black wolf who joined the team in the end.
I planed they a total of seven wolves would fight against the enemy. I imagined various ways of fighting, such as fighting with normal fangs and claws, attacking with the magic of each of their attributes, or using swords and other blades.
It's a manga where the canines fight like in the Ginga series, but with a mix of Super Sentai (Power Rangers) and Akira Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai" imagery. 😀
But manga is very tedious to draw. Unfortunately, I get bored easily, so it didn't last long. 😅
I respect the big artist who had been drawing wolf comics for a long time.
Please enjoy this manga, even if it is only halfway through. I plan to submit manga in between submitting illustrations. 😊
