I guess Blake found his wimple! Not that he actually has one. But I've been saying for ages that I want to draw him in a habit since that comment. I'm sure it has nothing at all to do with having to draw very few of his stripes.
Coloring was an experiment with the Multifill/Flatten Photoshop plugins from BPelt, using this instructional screencap video by Jeph Jaques. The tool seems to agree less with my art style than it does his, but it's interesting and I'll keep messing with it. At least it worked better with this image than the first one I tried it on. Possibly in part because I learned what I could and couldn't do with the lineart, a bit.
