So on a random whim, I decided to print an MK IV dreadnought from a file that I had found on Cults3D since I like a lot of the Horus Heresy era models, and you can not have too many dreadnoughts. Well actually you can, but that is beside the point.
Almost everything on this model, minus the base and the icon, were printed on my 3D printer. Which is a first for me.
Was conflicted about doing it since the Flesh Tearers are a successor chapter, and would not have too many relic units, so didn't gussy it up too much. Just made it look good enough to be usable with my current army.
Had problems with the printing on it, the lower legs were rather fragile and kept snapping while cutting the supports off of them. Even afterward, they snapped a couple more times from supporting the weight of the finished model. Came rather close to giving up on the model altogether.
