This is a commission for my wonderful and beloved friend  matttheumbreon of his beautiful char Penny the picachu. I always love to work on commissions for Matt because his girls are lovely, beautiful, with a ver interesting story and they are a delight to draw. Penny is a business girl, she is a waitress of her own cafeteria n___n she bakes and does everything, so this lovely girl is very special.
