This is General Ignorance, a character I made up a while ago that I like to doodle at work sometimes. After being dropped by a child in the shops, their eye was broken, and no-one wanted to buy them. Christmas came and went, and eventually they were just thrown out. Enraged, they vowed to make the world a better and safer place for toys... starting by blowing up the factory where they were manufactured. Predictably, this didn't go to plan, and they were arrested and declared criminally insane. But they broke out of prison and are once again at large, making posters and flyers for their cause, attacking the headquarters of toy manufacturing companies, and sending death threats to various world leaders.
