It's a creative commons licensed universe that YOU can take part in as you choose.

I've released Ritz D Wolf, The Inkwell Bar and Pinnacle Peaks (the toontown where things happen) to the public at large.

You are able to create with it, build on it, and even commercially sell it. (Please see the above tweet for the reference docs/basic flowchart on how to approach).

But the bottom line is I made something and gave it away for everyone to have fun with.

Unless it involves NFTs/blockchain.
