This plastic model kit of a Chevy Chevelle SS had been collecting dust in the garage for many years. I had assembled it and used it as the model for the front cover of "The Mean Green Bondo Machine" in spite of the fact that it was molded in blue plastic. An orange plastic model of a '69 Corvette posed for the blue car on the back cover.
