Barelsk, also known as Barellies, is a dark planet located in the eastern sectors of the Jewel Star Cluster. Its terrain consists of dark swamps, forests, shallow oceans and urban sprawl.

This ppanet is always in eternal darkness, and even when facing the sun its still dark on the surface, its bright cities are the only seen visible from space. Because of this, "day" dosen't really exist.

Barelsk has a total population of 40 billion, consisting of Chelivians, Streletanians, Humans and Havonians. All being represented in a democratic government, with Barelsk City (or Barellies City depending on who you ask) being the planetary capital.

The Barelska Defense Forces protext the planet from any invaders and pirates, having a sizeable fleet of warshipsbfor self defense.
