It's become a normal routine for Bart's stomach to start rumbling at a certain time in the mornings to wake him or Cali up from their sleep. At this point, he just lets it happen. It's definitely got a lot to say to him, so he figures he'd listen for a while as his angry lion appetite rolls around inside, making all sorts of noises as it demands breakfast. Cali seems to enjoy it as well as they both try to figure out what Bart's craving~
