Uta doesn't really like kids, he doesn't know how to deal with them, he got startled when this one grabbed his face and his Sharingan activated as a result. He's got some funny quirks like that.

I'm not good at cell shading so this was good practice.

• He's pretty bad at expressing or accepting affection.
