This here is Crimen, a blue mage who actually loves the colour red. The unusual history behind him is that he actually has been made into a god, the equal of a Goddess named Kroma. In fact he looks just like her, albeit male right here. :P And with the mark on his chest.
He also is known for making all sorts of transformative objects, preferring clothing. Course knowing him, the clothing can change, too. :P
