These cakes are nice and firm and tasty - and if you had them, you'd be the envy of all around. Wouldn't you just love to have a taste? ^.^

I make a solid, awesome marble (chocolate/vanilla) cheesecake - as pictured here. Recently, I had to make two at once. While they were cooling, I noticed that the marbling made them take on an interesting appearance... specifically with the spots right in the middle. *puts his mind right back in the gutter*
