Backstory:
There is an equine planet called Equuarias populated by anthro equines like horses, zebras, and non-magical unicorns. The population doesn't know, but there is a group of ancient celestial Pegusi who's sacred duty is to work behind the scenes to protect the planet and it's citizens. However the Equuarians have gotten very advanced, and have just started traveling to other planets and are exploiting them for resources like Equuarium. The Pegusi didn't want the Equuarians to advance that far until they had first learned how to properly care for their home planet, which is now in danger of being destroyed by equine-made climate change. So the Pegusi want to sabotage their scientific efforts to keep them bound to the planet for now...
