it was a refrence to the expression "...the world must be ending" simply in another form, for example "your actually taking out the trash, the world must be ending"

since unwilling is something you never post and you "clarified" that you were simply "playing hard to get" I replied with a "too bad, I was kind looking forward to the end of the world" type comment

although upon being explained the joke loses its humor, I suppose thats just the drawback of my style <.> XD
