Well!
Now that the winners have been announced, I'm free to show off my weapon entry for last years weapon contest entry.
After finishing it dawned on just how detailed the end game designs for a tone of the weapons are. It's likely that my styling didn't quite match the more realistic features. I might tweak it for my own sake just to see how an in game looks might appear, more realistic thorn/vines, the stained glass appearing more...glass like XD The rose more realistic.

But I can also see it shared similarities to certain weapons in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

All in all, I'm glad to had taken a crack as having a piece I made a permanent feature in what has easily become one of my favorite games of all time. there was nothing to lose. It helped me break out of my own art funk. ^^
And the winners are fantastic! I'm particularly fond of the Warrior and Monk winners even though I don't really play those classes >:D

Hopefully more artists start posting their own entries, I'd very much like to see many others.
