I've had this idea for a bit now and had to draw it out.

A bit of info on him:

-He's part of the same batch of modified protogens as Tio, so they share some of the same design elements and physical traits; the armor on the legs, the shape of the arms/hands, and having most muscles/bone replaced with synthetics. They're like siblings in a way, although they've never met each other.
-He is a scavenger, meaning he goes into shipwrecks and takes any bits that'll fetch a good price. He has a surprisingly vast knowledge of ships and the parts that make them, especially the expensive ones. Although he usually does his own thing, there have been times where he's accepted contracts from the GA or other governments to retrieve something specific.
-He has a strong moral code to protect others, and will often go out of his way to do so, sometimes at his own peril.
