When I saw Phobes I knew I HAD to draw Fane interacting with this cool spider character! Animating these two was interesting because I felt both of them could express themselves using their “unique” limbs instead of their human body. Phobes “flexes” their legs like one might flex an arm muscle, while Fane raises his hair/pedipalps with surprise/curiosity.
